WHAT THE...WHAT?!

My name is Ericka lee, I am a writer, a fighter and a cancer survivor... I am also a lawyer. In 2023, the breast cancer returned for a 3rd time and this time it had spread to my lung. When my health deteriorated the end of 2024, I went on a year long medical leave of absence from the Employment Law Firm I was working at to recuperate.

When I returned from a year long medical leave to the employment law firm I worked for in February of 2026, I discovered that my coworkers:  a team of lawyers and legal staff had  impersonated me.

The law firm conspired together using my name, business email and bar license as though I were practicing law and reviewing client's claims, thus defrauding the public and winding down the clock on the statue of limitations for California employee's work claims and in the process these "lawyers" defamed me  professionally all while I was on disability facing foreclosure on my home and fighting for my life.
